The boom pump is driven by a hydraulic pump mounted on the chassis gearbox power take-off. Control of the arms and rotation of the boom is carried out by a proportional multisectional distributor, which allows for implementation of speed control from minimum to maximum while maintaining uniform engine operation (1500 rpm).
The boom itself is operated by a radio or cable control system. In emergency situations it is also possible to control the hydraulic distributor manually.
