Imer Truck Mixers ORU LT 105EH
The model LT 105EH, with a nominal capacity of 10m3, has an increased angle of inclination of the mixer – from 10 to 13 degrees. This has resulted in a larger water volume and the body is slightly shorter than standard. The bottom of the drum is made of S355J0 steel with a thickness of 6 mm. The walls are made of 30MnB5 wear-resistant steel with a thickness of 4mm. The same steel is used for the mixing spirals. The drum is rotated by a two-stage planetary gearbox, which is driven by a variable displacement hydraulic pump.
The oil is cooled by a powerful radiator with a built-in reservoir. The body has a pressurised steel water tank with a capacity of 400 or 650 litres. The water system is additionally equipped with a water meter that allows to measure water from 0 to 500 litres (in accordance to concrete recipe).
