Central lubrication system for the pumping unit greasing is a standard equipment in IMER truck mixer pumps. This system is built on the basis of a lubrication grease pump with a plastic grease of accurate viscosity class and a system of dosing distributors. From these manifolds all bearing units of the pumping group are supplied with grease through the system hoses. Appropriate system configuration allows for proper dosing of grease to individual lubrication points.
The central lubrication system is optionally used for the boom structure. The system’s layout is adequate for lubrication of the pumping unit. Lubrication of individual pins and kinematic push-pull link-levers ensures maintenance-free boom operation with long deadlines between inspection of checkpoints .
