IMER manufactures concrete mixer drive based on a high-quality two-stage planetary gearbox. This transmission – manufactured by PMP Industries – provides very high driving torque. It reaches a level of up to 85,000 Nm. It also achieves a maximum rotational speed of the mixing drum of up to 14 rpm.
This combination of the drive-chain optimizes the engine speed of the vehicle, and thus reduces fuel consumption. The wide range of the entire series of planetary gears allows you to choose the optimal drive for mixers from 3 – 5 m3 up to 16 m3.
IMER uses PMP gears because of deisgn optimiziation, simple solutions, high reliability and finally IMER achieves long-lasting reliability of the drive.
