Water pump – model LTI30 is a standard equipment for IMER concrete mixers. This pump is driven by a power take-off. It is located on the planetary gear of the mixer drive. Such solution has a very compact structure and contains a small number of transmission components in relation to pump systems driven via belts.
The pump design is based on a centrifugal system (vortex type pump). This allows to reach output of up to 450 l / min at a pressure of 4 bar. Such a unit uses a gravitational-type water tank as a power supply.
The pressure water pump system is a part of concrete mixer water system. This solution makes it easy to use pressurized water in different places of the machine.
